A landscaping project can be disruptive, but we believe the job site should remain as organized and professional as possible throughout the installation process. Existing landscaping, irrigation systems, lighting systems, hardscaping, and surrounding property are treated with care while work is being performed.
Ground protection mats are used when appropriate, job sites are cleaned and organized daily, and materials, equipment, and debris are managed throughout the project. We believe how a property is treated during installation is just as important as the finished result.

The Final Walkthrough. Protecting your Investment:
One of our favorite parts of any project is the final walkthrough. It’s our opportunity to walk the property with you, review the completed work, answer any questions, and make sure everything has been completed according to the approved project scope.
During the walkthrough, we’ll review any applicable care and maintenance instructions, discuss warranty coverage, and verify that any existing irrigation or landscape lighting systems affected by the project are functioning properly. We want you to feel confident not only in the finished result, but also in how to care for your investment moving forward.
Sure Shot provides a 30-day plant warranty and a 365-day drainage warranty on qualifying installations. Specific warranty terms and coverage details are provided in writing at project completion.
