Luxury Landscape Design & Installation in Tampa Bay, FL

Custom Landscapes, Built with Intention

At Sure Shot Property Enhancement Services, we design and build custom landscape installations in Tampa Bay with intentional layouts, Florida-appropriate plant selections, and attention to every detail.

We believe great design begins long before the first plant goes in the ground. Every project is thoughtfully planned with scale, grading, sun exposure, and maintenance requirements in mind to create outdoor spaces that feel cohesive, functional, and uniquely suited to the property.

It happens by design.

The Sure Shot Difference

THOUGHTFUL DESIGN. PROFESSIONAL EXECUTION.

A successful landscape project starts long before installation begins. We believe thoughtful planning leads to better outcomes.

Here's what you can expect when you work with us:

Intentional plant selection: Plant selection goes beyond appearance. We consider sun exposure, mature size, maintenance requirements, and Tampa Bay’s unique climate before making a recommendation.

Attention to Site Conditions: Every property is different. We evaluate grading, drainage patterns, sun exposure, existing site conditions, and maintenance requirements before making recommendations.

Scale and proportion planning: Every landscape is designed with the size of the property, the architecture of the home, and the overall layout in mind. The goal is to create a space that feels balanced, intentional, and cohesive.

Quality Materials & Professional Installation: From material selection to final installation, every aspect of the project is approached with attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to quality.

Our Process

From Consultation to Completion

Initial Consultation & Proposal

Every project begins with an on-site consultation. During this visit, we take the time to understand your goals, evaluate the property, discuss budget considerations, and identify any challenges or opportunities that may impact the design. Following the consultation, a detailed proposal is prepared outlining the recommended scope of work and the associated cost.

Design Consultation

Once the proposal is approved, the design process begins. Clients complete a design questionnaire that helps us better understand their preferences, priorities, lifestyle needs, and vision for the space.

Design Development & Revisions

Using the information gathered during the consultation process, we develop an initial design concept for review. Clients have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions to ensure the final design aligns with their goals and expectations.

Planning & Preparation

Before installation begins, we finalize project details, coordinate scheduling, verify material selections, and complete any necessary pre-construction planning. For projects involving excavation, utility locates are submitted and verified before work begins.

Installation

With a clear plan in place, our team begins installation. From grading and drainage considerations to plant placement and finishing details, every phase is completed with careful attention to quality, organization, and execution.

Final Walkthrough

Once the project is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with the client to review the finished installation, answer questions, and ensure every detail meets expectations.

Common Questions

Landscape Design and Installation FAQs

Do I need separate design and installation contractors?

Both, and that's intentional. When design and installation are handled by the same team, nothing gets lost in translation. We develop the plan, and we execute it, start to finish.

Do you Install Florida-native plants?

Yes. Florida-native plants can be a great choice for many landscapes. They are naturally adapted to our climate and may offer benefits such as drought tolerance, cold tolerance, reduced maintenance requirements, and support for local pollinators. While we often incorporate native plants into our designs, we are not limited to them and will recommend the plants that are the best fit for the project's goals and overall design.

Can My Project Be Completed in Phases?

While projects can often be completed in phases, phased installations are typically more expensive overall due to additional mobilization, multiple trips for materials, labor associated with travel time, and the added logistics of completing the project over multiple phases.

Should I Be Present During My Installation?

No. While you do not need to be present during the installation, we do request that someone be available for the initial walkthrough and final walkthrough. This gives us an opportunity to review the project before work begins and answer any final questions once the installation is complete.

How Far in Advance Should I Schedule My Project?

Project timelines vary throughout the year based on workload, project size, and material availability. We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially if you have a specific completion date or event in mind.

What Happens if Unexpected Site Conditions Are Discovered?

Occasionally, unforeseen conditions such as drainage issues, buried debris, irrigation conflicts, or utility concerns are discovered during installation. If this occurs, we will discuss the issue with you, explain any recommended solutions, and obtain approval before proceeding with additional work.

Will I Be Able to Make Changes Once the Project Begins?

We understand that ideas sometimes evolve during a project. If changes are requested after work has begun, we will discuss the impact on pricing, materials, and scheduling before proceeding. Any approved changes will be documented through a formal change order.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer landscape financing options to help make your project more accessible. Ask us about available options when you schedule your consultation.
